Superior Resident Had Car Hit By Oil Refinery Explosion While Driving By [PHOTOS]
Joe Stoltzman posted a picture on Facebook yesterday showing the damage to his car that was caused after the initial explosion at the Husky Oil Refinery yesterday morning.
The first incident took place at 10 am. Joe and his father were driving by the plant on Hill Ave when it happened. At first they thought it was a blown tire so they pulled over. Then they saw the damage and the debris.
Here is the debris that hit the car. According to Joe, it was thick steel. It took both of them to be able to lift it. Luckily they were not harmed and were able to drive off.
