We are a month away from the latest Star Wars movie, and to help hype the movie and give hardcore fans some more story to chew on, the new book 'Catalyst' is out today.

If you don't know, 'Rogue One: A Star Wars Story' takes place just before the events in the original 1977 film 'Star Wars: Episode IV – A New Hope' when Princess Leia gets the plans to the Death Star, this book sets the story in motion for Rogue One and its introduces some characters.

According to The Verge, who sat down for an interview with the book's author James Luceno, "Catalyst takes place shortly after the events of Revenge of the Sith. The Empire has begun work on a massive project known as the Death Star in order to assert its control over the galaxy; one of the leaders of the project, Orson Krennic, recruits an old friend, Galen Erso, to help with its completion."

The book is available at all major booksellers and on e-readers, it is also available in audiobook form through Audible.
