Adrian, MN (KROC-AM News) - A statewide Endangered Missing Person Alert has been issued for a Minnesota teenager who failed to return to her home more than a month ago.

The Minnesota Bureau of Criminal Apprehension issued the alert at the request of the Adrian Police Department. The law enforcement agency in the small community along I-90 in southwestern Minnesota says 15-year-old Mindy Heth was dropped off at a residence in Sioux Falls, South Dakota on January 24 and did not return home. It is believed she could be in the Sioux Falls area.

Mindy is described as American Indian, 5' 8", 160 pounds with black/blonde hair and brown eyes. The alert indicates she frequently changes her hair color and style, but is likely black or blonde at this time. She also has a pierced septum and nose studs on both of her nostrils.

The alert says she was last seen wearing red flannel pants, black crop top shirt, black sweatshirt, and white slippers.

Anyone who has seen Mindy or has information about her whereabouts is asked to contact the Nobles County Sheriff's Office at 507-295-5400.
