I guess I did have some luck on St. Patrick's Day, as I think I discovered some of the best spinach artichoke dip in the Twin Ports! I absolutely love spinach artichoke dip and truly wish I could eat it for every meal so this was a big deal for me.

I went out with some coworkers for a special holiday lunch at Dubh Linn Irish Brew Pub and when the appetizers appeared, the dip was set right in front of me. It looked delicious but tasted even better! The best part was the consistency, which can be an issue with some spinach dips.

It was seriously delicious and I ate so much of it that I was definitely full by the time my lunch food arrived. Sometimes, spinach artichoke dip can be stringy and it freaks me out but this one had the perfect consistency and there was no stringiness to be found when it came to the spinach. It meshed with the rest of the dip perfectly.

One part of the dip did not overpower the other, which is sometimes the case with spinach artichoke dip. Sometimes, the item restaurants serve with it also ruin the dip. In this case, Dubh Linn served toasted mini baguettes, which were perfectly crisped and a great size for maximum snacking.

Seriously, this dip was incredible. I am now going to make it my mission to try all the spinach artichoke dips on the menu in Duluth. Which one should I try next? In the meantime, I might try out this limited-edition sandwich in Duluth or for kicks, try this special bloody mary in the area that is only out in March. There's so much to eat and so little time.
