When a production plant closes, it's always sad news because of the impact it has on the workers who have dedicated themselves to working there.

It hits especially hard when it happens in a smaller community, which is unfortunately what is happening in Beaver Dam, Wisconsin.

Sitting along Beaver Dam Lake and the Beaver Dam River, Beaver Dam is a city in Dodge County, Wisconsin, that had a population of 16,708 at the 2020 census. Its website boasts that the city features quality employers, a diverse workforce, a great entrepreneurship atmosphere, and a growing retail marketplace.
