The Minnesota State Fair is going strong again this year, and when it's all said and done, there will likely be well over one million people visiting the Great Minnesota Get-Together. In 2023 a total of 1.8 million people reportedly attended the fair.

Everyone who has visited the Minnesota State Fair knows that along with a sea of people, there is also a large variety of foods to eat, drinks to drink, rides to ride, and vendors to visit.

Among the many vendors each year are a variety of political booths touting candidates for different offices as elections take place a couple of months after the fair ends. With this year being a Presidential election, the heated race between Kamala Harris and Donald Trump is a part of the fair.

Of course, Minnesota is in the spotlight in a big way for this election with Governor Tim Walz running for Vice President, and there has been a little drama, and a little humor, related to that with one vendor in particular who is opposed to Governor Walz.

Action 4 Liberty MN Places A "Never Walz" Booth At The Minnesota State Fair

According to its website, Action 4 Liberty's mission is to "Stop Anti-freedom Governors Emergency Powers, which during COVID proved to be the largest assault on liberty and small business in modern history."

The group opened a "Never Walz" booth to sell merchandise and share their beliefs on Walz at the fair. Various anti-Walz shirts, hats, hoodies, and more are available, and the booth has been drawing a crowd.

People can visit the booth to spin a wheel that features policies and events the group has taken exception to. Not surprisingly, based on the polarizing nature of politics today, the booth has generated buzz at the fair from those who agree with Action 4 Liberty MN and those who are opposed.

As passionate as the Action 4 Liberty group appears to be, they did overlook one important thing with their "Never Walz" campaign, and that's when Kamala Harris supporters swooped in to make headlines of their own.

A Lot That Goes Into Marketing Today, Including A Website

While you can get "Never Walz" merchandise at the booth at the fair, the only way to get it online is through a link on the Action 4 Liberty website. Organizers missed a golden opportunity to secure the "Never Walz" website domain, which is the name everyone will know.

Now, that oversight is being used against them and making headlines of its own.

Kamala Harris supporters quickly realized that and secured the NeverWalz.com domain, which now ultimately links to the KamalaHarris.com website, but not before everyone is first greeted by the following NSFW message:

Regardless of who is getting your vote in November, you have to admit that this was a well-played move by whoever did it. The initial message doesn't identify who that was, it only says it was not paid for by any candidate or candidate committee.

The "Never Walz" people have to be kicking themselves for not taking the step of securing the website before setting up shop in front of all those people at the Minnesota State Fair.
