One of music's most-legendary performers is coming to Minnesota this summer.  Madonna is making the Xcel Energy Center one of the first stops on her 'The Celebration Tour' this summer, with a concert on Sunday, July 30. The tour will focus on the 80's icon's career spanning more more than forty years.

Madonna will bring the show to 35 cities around the world - starting in Vancouver, BC on July 15 - then playing a few select dates in North America (including the St. Paul show at the Xcel) before traveling to Europe. Final dates for 'The Celebration Tour" will be in December, wrapping up in Amsterdam.

Each date of the tour will also include a "one-of-a-kind-experience", with special guest Bob the Drag Queen (Caldwell Tidcue) as the opening act.

In the forty years since she first hit the music charts, Madonna has sold more than 300 million records, making her the best selling female recording artist of all time. Throughout her career, she has won seven Grammy Awards and two Golden Globes for her performing roles. Concert ticket sales have generated more than $1.5 billion in the United States alone, contributing to her recognition as the "highest-grossing female touring artist worldwide".

Pre-sale tickets for the July 30, 2023 Madonna show at the Xcel Energy Center in St. Paul, Minnesota started on January 17; as Citi is the official card of Madonna The Celebration Tour, Citi cardmembers have advance access to those pre-sale tickets through the Citi Entertainment program.

So-called "legacy" members of Madonna's Official Fan Club will also have pre-sale opportunities, starting on Friday, January 20. Visit Madonna's website for complete tour and fan club ticketing information.
