Statewide Endangered Missing Person Alert Issued for Minnesota Man
Minneapolis, MN (KROC-AM News)- Authorities have issued a statewide alert for a missing Minnesota man.
The alert comes at the request of the University of Minnesota Police Department. It was issued on Saturday morning.
The missing person is identified as 33-year-old Steven Skinaway. He was last seen walking away from a facility near the M Health Fairview Hospital on the University of Minnesota Campus in Minneapolis around 2 a.m. Saturday.
The alert describes Skinaway as American Indian, six-feet tall, 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. He was wearing a dark colored Minnesota Vikings pullover with yellow sleeves, dark colored jeans and carrying a plastic bag when he was last spotted.
Officials are asking anyone who may have seen Skinaway or has knowledge regarding his whereabouts to call 911 or the University of Minnesota Police Department at 612-624-2677.
