Our Mothers Day Contest Winner: Deedra, Pays Tribute to Her Mom’s Words of Advice

Congratulations Deedra for being the winner of our Mother Knows Best Contest! She was absolutely ecstatic when I spoke to her on the phone  to tell her she won, to which she credits her mom for giving her some pretty sage words of wisdom when she was a teen.

Here is the advice Deedra got from her mom:

When I was 13 years old, my mother told me to love with all of my heart and live each day like it's your last day because you never know what will happen in life. I finally understand what she means. I wish I would have understood what she meant when I was in my teenage years. I thank her for the advice everyday now that I have grown up.
