The City of Duluth made the choice Thursday.

Due to the Spring thaw all natural surface trails in Duluth are temporarily closed.

The Sunset Bar and Grill posted a sudden announcement on Facebook saying as of today November 12 the restaurant will be closed indefinitely.

This late Spring thaw has caused quite a few headaches for many people and the campgrounds around the area will probably be in the same boat.

Another business in the Northland has closed its doors.

As we close out a weird 2017 year, I decided to look back and see what Duluth area businesses we had to say goodbye to this year.

Marcus Theaters announced earlier today that they will close Superior's only Movie Theater.
