The internet is flooded with videos of wedding speeches, first dances, ceremony etc. but this one absolutely takes the cake...guaranteed!

KOOL 101.7's afternoon legend, Rayman, was making the rounds and visiting with people around the radio station today when he decided to make a stop in the Digital Office where Tony Hart and I were hard at work. During his visit, we decided to test out his dance skills, and here's what happened.

Another average person has asked a celebrity to join them at a formal dance, but this story has a little bit of a twist.

I personally have never been to a Bar Mitzvah, but a few people that I know who have  said they can be pretty elaborate. Well look out for Sam Horowitz, because this is as good as it gets.

Losing weight and toning muscle isn't easy for most people.  If you're anything like me, the gym can be intimidating.  Workout DVDs are too easy to skip out on. Living on a giant hill can be difficult to attempt a good run.  I know, I tried them all.  But then I found Zumba.  Well, I guess it found me.

‘Extra’ caught up with Rihanna at the premiere of ‘Battleship,’ and the ‘Where Have You Been’ singer couldn’t have been more excited for the film. She dished on how much better she’s feeling since her sick scare last week as well as on how to do her signature “cut the cake” move inspired by ‘Birthday Cake.’

Ok, this is the second adorable 2 year old I've found video of this week. Does this mean the generation that is still in diapers will all grow up to be superstars? It looks like it. Start grooming your kids now, there is going to be a LOT of competition in the future...
