In a 'New York Times' profile, Kesha opened up about the status of her music career and having creative restrictions put on her while working with Dr. Luke.

Kesha has expressed fear that Dr. Luke's team may release the 'Warrior' singer's personal medical records in an attempt to embarrass her.

'Always have hope in your heart. I do!' the singer told a crowd.

Dr. Luke has reportedly filed a second defamation lawsuit against Kesha's mother, Pebe Sebert.

"The approval has been restored," the label, Kemosabe Records, said in a statement.

Kesha may have lost her legal bid for freedom from her recording contract with Sony, but her saga with Dr. Luke has yet to come to a close.

The judge wrote, “Every rape is not a gender-motivated hate crime.”

Kesha was planning for her latest legal battle on Tuesday (January 26) in New York City, but it was pushed back to February a day before due to inclement weather.

Dr. Luke is facing another lawsuit, but this time it's for allegedly copying one of the most famous and widely used percussive beats in music history.

The Kesha-Dr. Luke legal battle gets more grim with each passing day.

In the continued back-and-forth lawsuit between Kesha and Dr. Luke, it appears as though Kesha refuted claims of sexual assault from Dr. Luke during an unrelated lawsuit three years ago.
