I've been accused of having bad fashion sense once before.  Ok, a few times.

It's that time of year again when prom is on the minds of every teen girl. Many have bought the tickets, booked the limo and, most importantly, picked out the perfect prom dress. It's all for the shear thrill of making everyone's heads turn as they roll up to the dance floor. But no matter how elaborate or lavish the dress is, chances are it won't be as quite a showstopper as these non-traditional prom gowns.

I am a big fan of long hair.  So it naturally comes as a disappointment when women women crop their hair short.  I don't understand the appeal, and I don't think very many women can actually pull that look off.  Jennifer Lawrence and Jennifer Aniston both are among the newest members of the short hair club.  Do they pull it off though?

The 65th annual Emmys (which aired on Sept. 22) boasted plenty of stunning outfits on the bodies of celebs as they pranced the red carpet. There were also plenty of fashion clunkers, which bummed us out, since some of our favorite stars (and their stylists) were out of character and didn't choose wisely.

It was "anything goes" on the star-studded, dripping-with-couture red carpet at the 65th annual Emmys (Sept. 22). The carpet teemed with some of the prettiest, fanciest dresses, yet there were just as many subdued but stylish frocks. There were full skirts, bright colors, neutrals, column shapes and more...

The Billboard Music Awards swarmed Las Vegas on Sunday night (May 19), and due to the not-exactly-formal nature of the event, the red carpet ensembles were a mix of couture gowns and more casual, low-key frocks. Here's our recap of the evening's best -- and there were quite a few. It was refreshing to see so many dresses we'd sever a limb to own.

When it comes to taking fashion risks, awards shows are the ideal time to just buck up and go for it. There are like, millions of people watching, after all. That being said, it does take a whole 'lotta guts to ere on the side of crazy couture, but this year's Oscars were bound to have some of those fashion risks, right? You betcha! There were some serious red carpet clunkers at the 2013 Golden Globes. The dresses that were bad were ... really bad. There was nothing middling or "ho hum" about this selection of dumpy dresses, failure frocks and groan-inducing gowns. It's a shame, since all of the ladies on this list are beauties in their own right. But boy did they choose the wrong dresses for this event.

The were more hits than misses at the 2013 Golden Globe Awards, so in order to keep things manageable, we narrowed it down to the five absolute best and most beautiful gowns (but do feel free to check out all our red carpet coverage).

As with any type of fashion some styles are fitting (literally) for certain types of people and Yoga pants are no exception. If you are overweight they are not a good look as they are generally skin tight and hug every curve of your body. Hence the problem for a certain High School principal.
