For the 10th Year in a row the Greater Downtown Council is holding the Best Business Window Display Contest in downtown Duluth.

The Greater Downtown Council's annual Eat Downtown week is here once again, giving locals and visitors alike the opportunity to enjoy spectacular food at several downtown and waterfront eateries for a great price.

Crowds of people enjoying Downtown Duluth's 2013 Sidewalk Days had something beside hot deals, great food, and cool cars to enjoy Thursday. Dangling from ropes nine stories above Superior Street were a group of brave individuals rappelling down the side of the Sellwood Building for a good cause.

When we learned about the "Over the Edge" fundraising event the Greater Downtown Council was doing, we decided to "toss our boss" off the edge of the Sellwood Building.

Are you the adventurous type?  Want to conquer your fear of heights?  Would you love to see what it would be like to rappel off the top of a Downtown Duluth building--or maybe see your boss attempt the drop off the top of a 9-story building?  A new way to raise money is coming to Duluth in July--and you won't want to miss it!

Now through April 21st, you can check out delicious food at a great price as part of Eat Downtown-Duluth Restaurant Week.  It's a fantastic way to grab lunch with friends, or have a date night out. Local restaurants have multi-coursed, pre-fixed price menus that are worth every penny! Lunches are available for $10 and Dinner will be offered at $20.
