I admittedly am a terrible cook and the only contribution I make as far as cooking is to grill. Growing up in Milwaukee it is in my genes to be able to cook a mean brat, but everything else is a guess. So, last night I am out on the deck with the wind blowing and cooking some very expensive marinated steaks...

It's almost that time of the year when we get to use the most wonderful tool given to mankind, the grill. I love grilling anything, ribs, chicken, shrimp, brats and of course hamburgers. The great thing about burgers is the variety, you can add cheese, bacon, onions, pineapple, tomatoes, the list is endless...
