After leaving the Maple Grove hard rock band 'Four Letter Lie' where he played drums, Derek Smith pursued a rap career under the name Mod Sun and will be releasing his debut studio album March 10th, 2015.
The Bell Boys. Three brothers from a small Northwestern Wisconsin town, now living on the West Coast. Calling Sacramento home, they're back in the area for a few days--taking a little vacation and playing a few gigs while they're home. I'm so excited to have them on Locals Only, Sunday morning at 9am!
A Superior, Wisconsin native will make her way to the studio to sit with me on Sunday morning for Locals Only. Christine Hoberg is back in the Northland visiting friends and family, but she's a world traveler currently living in Brooklyn, New York.
She's also featured on a song with Flight Facilities you may have heard on a little show called "Grey's Anatomy." And she's awesome.

Halo Muzic has officially released his music video for "Never Backing Down" featuring WIZE! When I had Jesse (Halo) in the studio in March for Locals Only, he had just returned from Chicago where he shot this music video. Jeanne and I had the pleasure of welcoming 1017's Solomon Witherspoon and Russ King in the studio on March 10th. They opened for Three 6 Mafia at Clyde Iron Works that night. I really can't get over how great Russ is on his monster keyboard, and Solomon, well, he rocked out a new jingle for Jeanne and me. I saw the show that night, and it was amazing.
