Leah Gagne is an 8th grade teacher from Proctor and was 1 of 3 teachers selected from the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico as a Grosvenor Teacher Fellow through National Geographic and Linblad Expeditions and will be on the National Geographic Explorer.

Scientists, engineers and some hot air balloon pilots got together for a new National Geographic channel show called 'How Hard Can It Be'. The challenge?  To lift a 2 story house with 300 weather balloons,  similar to what was seen in the 2009 Pixar movie 'Up'.
