A civilian named Megan alerted the Duluth Police Department about a bogus text message she received, claiming to be the IRS. These will most likely increase with tax season on the horizon, so be on alert.

The Duluth Police posted a story on their Facebook page about an investigator who got a strange phone call which prompted him to discover the truth behind the mysterious number.
