Despite three very different new challengers, 'Dawn of the Planet of the Apes' continued to rule over the box office this weekend. This doesn't spell disaster for the newcomers, but it does spell further success for the sequel to 'Rise of the Planet of the Apes,' which is riding extremely positive word of mouth to a big box office tally.

Kanye West's lawyer confirmed the existence of a sex tape featuring the rapper, via a takedown notice sent to AllHipHop.com which claimed the video was stolen from Kanye's computer.

Like many stars, Dev has found herself involved in a sex tape scandal, and while she’s trying to prevent the video from being released to the public, she is also officially opening up about the situation.

TMZ is reporting that someone is trying to sell a video of superstar Usher having sex with his ex wife Tameka Foster. TMZ says that there is 'no doubt"  the tape is of Usher and Tameka. Sources close to Usher say the video was among $1,000,000 worth of jewelery and electronics that were stolen from Usher's car in 2009, but no official comment from Usher or his people yet...
