In 1995 the Minnesota Timberwolves drafted Kevin Garnett right out of high school and he would soon become the face of the franchise, at one point leading the team to the Western Conference Finals.  Twelve years ago, they traded him to the Boston Celtics where he would win an NBA Championship, and then he would go to Brooklyn .  Today, Kevin Garnett agreed to come home.

Even though his playing career hasn't ended, former Timberwolves star Kevin Garnett is already discussing post-retirement plans that include a return to the team that drafted him in 1995. Garnett told Yahoo Sports that he would like to one day own the Minnesota Timberwolves, foregoing the traditional coaching or managing path many players consider.
