Celebrity news and gossip website TMZ is seeking the permission to use drones to hunt down celebrities and help with news gathering, according to the San Francisco Chronicle, TMZ isn't the only organization seeking to use the high tech flying machines in American skies.

According to TMZ - "The L.A. County Coroner has just released the singer's official cause of death -- accidental drowning ... but the report also notes heart disease and cocaine use were contributing factors to Whitney's demise." Such a sad situation, and another incredible talent gone to soon...

TMZ is reporting that someone is trying to sell a video of superstar Usher having sex with his ex wife Tameka Foster. TMZ says that there is 'no doubt"  the tape is of Usher and Tameka. Sources close to Usher say the video was among $1,000,000 worth of jewelery and electronics that were stolen from Usher's car in 2009, but no official comment from Usher or his people yet...
