While driving by the mall in Duluth the other day, my buddy and me saw one of the most clever Wisconsin license plates I've ever seen.

I came across this article from City Pages of a list of license plates that were banned. Out of the 39 that they have listed I tried to play it safe and narrowed it down to 10.
