The Colors of Fall Have Sprung Across the Northland

Ahh the look of Fall in the Northland, and what a beautiful sight it is. Sometimes we take for granted the beauty of this area because we see it everyday, but the colors will be fading fast.

If you think about the thousands of people that flock to the Northland all year,  how lucky we are that we have this right here in our own backyard! Fall is hands down my favorite season, I am done with the heat and having to cut the grass every few days, bring on the cooler temperatures.

I love Halloween, and the smell of the crisp air, you can't beat it. Of course thanks to my neighbors though I do have to rake the leaves Ughh, but maybe the kids will actually help me this year instead of just jump in the piles I have made. :)

Everyone should make a point to take a quick drive up the shore, drive on Skyline or check out Hawks Ridge. According to the local meteorologists, this will only last for maybe 2 weeks, so take it all in. We all know what is next and winter will be rearing it's ugly head soon enough.
