Where do I even start with this? I was a huge Paula Abdul fan as an 80's child. Who am I kidding? I'm still a fan of Paula. I don't think American Idol was the same for me after she left. I also watched her reality show and realized she may be a few clowns short of a circus--but I still love her. And after seeing this performance on "Dancing With the Stars" I love her even more.

Ahh...childhood. Every generation can tell you what the best shows, games, music, movies, and pop culture events were cool when they were growing up. So for my own personal enjoyment, I'm telling mine.

I was born in 1980, so I had the privilege of being a true 80's (when neon colors were cool-the first time around) child.

At my house, dinnertime around the table is a great example of when the kids have our undivided attention and me and my husband start bringing up our childhoods.

Former 'American Idol' judge Kara DioGuardi dropped a bomb on Wednesday's episode of 'Lopez Tonight,' in which she revealed she accidentally ate pot brownies from Paula Abdul's fridge.

DioGuardi, whose new Bravo reality-competition series, 'Platinum Hit,' premieres May 30, said she was feeling hungry at the time of the incident, and so Abdul's maid "found some brownies in the freezer and put them in the refrigerator" without knowing what was inside them.

Paula Abdul has signed on as the fourth and final judge of 'The X Factor,' the Hollywood Reporter has confirmed.

Sources say that negotiations went down to the wire, due in part to her deal with CBS to appear on the dance-competition series 'Live to Dance.'

It's the reunion we've all been hoping for.

In an exclusive interview with Deadline's Nikki Finke, former 'American Idol' judge Simon Cowell revealed he wants Paula Abdul to join the judges' table on his upcoming reality series 'The X Factor.'

"I've always wanted Paula. Always been very vocal about that. I missed her the second she left the show," he said. "Always loved working with her even though she can be a pain. And I've been consistent about this. I don’t know what it is about her, but I've always clicked with her."
