A New Restaurant is Gearing Up to Open at Fitgers in February

The owner of The Vanilla Bean, Jason Vincent is expanding his projects with a new place called The Boat Club Restaurant and Bar opening in February in the historic Fitgers Brewery Complex.

Jason and his partner Jeff have been busy since taking over The Vanilla Bean in Two Harbors in July of 2014 and then opening The Vanilla Bean Coffee Shop in July of 2016 at  Fitgers. Now their sites are set on the old Midi location at Fitgers where they are busy doing a remodel and are hoping to be open within the next 5 weeks

The Boat Club Restaurant and Bar is being hailed as "a premiere lakeside restaurant and event center featuring the regions freshest fish, seafood and steaks." The views of Lake Superior are amazing and rest assured the food and service will be just as spectacular. Congratulations on the new endeavor.
