A Third Dog Park Has Been Proposed for the East End of Duluth

For dog owners in the Twin Ports a third dog park on the East end of town would make the total 3 places for Fido to run and play.

According to WDIO.com the current Dog Parks are at  Keene Creek and one at Observation Park with the new one planned for a four acre lot on Riley Road . The group behind the movement garnered 500 signatures on a petition that was brought to the city council.

The city of Duluth will provide a gravel parking lot, but the intial set up and maintenance of the dog park will come from donations.
