Adrian Peterson Named NFC Offensive Player of the Week

Minnesota Vikings running back Adrian Peterson was named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for his performance against the Arizona Cardinals. In that game Peterson ran for 153-yards on 23 carries with 1 TD.

This is Peterson’s 6th career NFC Offensive Player of the Week Award. He has now won the award in back-to-back games against the Cardinals.

Peterson and the Vikings are back in action tomorrow night at Mall of America looking to go 6-2 into the bye-week.
