Minnesota based Buffalo Wild Wings will be acquired by Arby's for $2.9 billion.

The deal has been approved by both companies’ Boards of Directors is expected to be finalized in early 2018.

There is one Buffalo Wild Wings in Duluth and 3 Arby's restaurants in the Twin Ports.
