Attention Twin Ports! A New Oreo Flavor Is Coming For The Holidays
Nabisco has pulled out all the stops on social media to announce a new flavor of Oreo cookie just in time for the holidays, and I for one can't wait.
When all the words were put together it spelled out Snicker, so of course, many people assumed it was snicker flavor like the candy bar, but it actually is snickerdoodle.
According to Delish.com: " The Snickerdoodle Oreo will feature a cinnamon flavor creme and festive red and green sugar crystals. The packaging is heavily holiday-inspired with images of snowflakes and Christmas trees."
Consumers will be able to get their hands on the newest addition to the Oreo lineup starting October 17. Nabisco posted a funny reveal on Instagram that is sure to get everyone curious about the latest Oreo flavor which of course like all things delicious is only going to be out for a limited time.
Plus bonus, after a five-year hiatus Nabisco is also bringing back the pumpkin spice Oreo for a limited time as well. Described as "two golden wafer cookies filled with a rich pumpkin spice flavored creme" and are described as "supremely dunkable."
Can you imagine who's job that is to not only come up with the new flavors of Oreos but then they have to be taste tested of course? I can't even remember the last time I had regular Oreos in my life. I tend towards the mint-flavored ones and as of late I love the Golden Ones, regular with a big no thank you to the double stuff in any flavor.
