Did Barney Frank Fart on ‘The Rachel Maddow Show’? [VIDEO]

On live TV, there are no second takes, even for the most embarrassing of gaffes. Rep. Barney Frank learned this the hard way on ‘The Rachel Maddow Show‘ last night when he emitted a noise that sounded suspiciously like a fart.

As the Massachusetts congressman opined on job creation, a sound can be heard that’s remarkably similar to someone passing gas.

To Frank’s credit, he proceeds like nothing happened. But the sound definitely came from somewhere. A squeaky chair perhaps? Only Frank knows for sure.
