Excitement is building as work has officially begun on Minnesota's newest Chick-fil-A location.

This new location was announced back in July 2023, and it will add to the growing list of Chick-fil-A restaurants in Minnesota, there are currently 27 locations in the state, most of them around the Twin Cities metro area.

Where Is The New Chick-fil-A Located?

This new location will be the first for Duluth, and will be located at the Miller Hill Mall where the Park State Bank building once stood, that building has been demolished to make room for what will surely be a very busy Chick-fil-A location.

When Will The Duluth Chick-fil-A Be Open?

Currently, crews are clearing the site for the new Chick-fil-A in Duluth. On average, a new restaurant build takes about 23 weeks, but a modular construction process can shorten this to 12 weeks, according to ConstructionDive.com. Therefore, the Duluth location could take anywhere from 12 to 25 weeks to complete, possibly opening between late summer and early fall.
