It may be another sign of a horrible economy, or maybe it's like the retailers claim, consumer demand. Whatever the reason, many national retailers are deciding to open the doors on holiday shopping a little earlier this year.

Target, Kohl's and Best Buy have all announced that they will open at Midnight Thanksgiving night and Walmart announced today that they will open the doors at 10pm Thanksgiving.  Retailers claim that shoppers would rather stay up late instead of getting up early.

Chances are that is also has to do with the state of the economy, a recent study found 38.5% of adults 18 years and older plan to spend less this holiday season compared to last year, so retailers want to make shopping as easy and convenient as possible.

There are sure to be some awesome deals around this year so keep your eyes open for that smokin' deal.
