The City of Superior is asking the public to help them answer some questions about the future of active transportation in the city.

If you're wondering what "active transportation" is, the city says in its online that "Active Transportation is any non-motorized, human-powered mode of transportation, such as walking or bicycling. It is how we get where we are going using our own power."

Stop by the Superior Public Library on Wednesday, June 5th from 5 PM - 7 PM. The city is developing its first citywide "Active Transportation Plan" and they want to know your thoughts on the following questions:

  • Where are good places to walk and bike?
  • Where are challenging places to walk and bike?
  • What streets are particularly challenging to cross?
  • What would make walking and biking in Superior safer,
    more comfortable, and more convenient?

This event is an open house, so stop in anytime during the meeting and give your input.
