Crazy Motorist Driving in Median During Snowstorm [VIDEO]

I've seen some crazy people driving during snowstorms, but this person takes the cake for the most insane person ever.  During a snowstorm in Harrisburg, PA, some fellow drivers caught this person driving in the snow filled median of the highway.
