Duluth Police Warning Public About Bear Attacks
The Duluth Police have been reminding the public over the past weekend about dogs and bears interacting.
Duluth Police said that they have received reports of at least two bear attacks towards dogs over the last week.
Police remind dog owners to do a visual check of your yard before letting the dog outside to do its business.
They also suggest picking up a can of bear spray and learning how to use it. Here is a link to the DNR about living with bears and the steps you can take to protect yourself and your pets.
