Duluth Public Library’s Summer Reading Program Starts Soon

The Duluth Public Library is ready for summer, they are launching their summer reading program on June 3rd with a fun theme this year.

'It’s Showtime at your Library' is the theme of the summer reading program this year and to participate you'll need to sign up starting June 3rd through the Duluth Public Library's website at duluthlibrary.org.

Participants will be able to log their time reading and listening to audiobooks to earn badges, win some prizes and enter drawings, plus more.

Adults will be able to complete activities for a chance to win weekly gift certificates to local businesses. Plus there will be weekly, monthly and a grand prize drawing for a $100 gift card to use at The Bookstore at Fitger’s.

Babies, toddlers, and kids can track reading time to earn prizes, plus they'll get a free book of their choice at 20 hours of logged time. Kids will also have a shot at a grand prize drawing of one of four $50 Barnes & Noble gift cards. Teenagers can thack their reading time for a book to keep, and a chance at the grand prize of one of four $75.00 Visa gift cards!
