Every week my friends and I get together to play some games and have some fun. Also, every week someone is always in charge of bringing food. This week, I made homemade artichoke dip and everyone loved it.
Ingredients:
- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/2 cup romano cheese
- 1/2 cup of parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 cups of chopped artichokes
- 1 tablespoon of garlic
- 1 tablespoon of basil
- a dash of red pepper
- 1 cup of spinach (optional, I didn't put any spinach in mine)
Directions:
Mix all ingredients into a bowl, place mix into oven safe bowl or pan (I used a pie tin), top it off with sprinkling mozzerella on top and bake for 25 minutes on 375 degrees. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve with your choice of bread (I used sweet Hawaiian rolls and French bread).
