Eclectic New Restaurant in St. Paul Serves 15 Lb. Ice Cream Sandwich

Seventh Street Truck Park which opened this summer, is a 7,000 square foot indoor food truck restaurant and is probably unlike anything you have ever seen before. Vintage trucks line the walls to give what the owner says is a trailer park type feel.

Several road trip themed food menus are scattered throughout the building along with 3 different bars and games with live music on the weekends.

The menu will rotate but some of the main food attractions right now are Chicken and Ribs,Tacos, Grill Cheese sandwiches, Pizza and The Giant Sebastian Joes Ice Cream Sandwich served on a monster cookie. This giant treat will set you back $99. So not only will you need a bunch of friends to eat it, but to help pay for it too.
