Ellen DeGeneres Surprises Her Wife With Romantic Gesture at Minneapolis Hotel
According to the
StarTribune, Emeli Lushi who is the director of hotel operations was thanked personally in a tweet from DeGeneres for making the surprise happen. The hotel had made a giant heart on the bed with white rose petals, which confused some people who thought they were potato chips.
The Hewing Hotel opened last November in the North Loop district of Minneapolis. A hotel spokesperson did confirm that Portia did stay at the hotel, but Ellen was not with her. No word on what de Rossi was doing in the Twin Cities, but what an awesome acknowledgement from Ellen to her millions of Twitter followers. Not only is she funny but quite the romantic as well.
