Former Wild Player Goes Undercover At Men’s League

Former Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Carter goes undercover as he gets a makeover before hitting the ice for a local men's league hockey game.

Following on the popularity of 'Uncle Drew', the web series where NBA superstar Kyrie Irving gets a full makeover and looks like a grandfather when he goes to pickup basketball games and makes things look easy. Ryan Carter and the Minnesota Wild decided to give it a try. Carter, who recently retired, played over 500 NHL games for 5 different teams, including his hometown Minnesota Wild. Carter grew up in White Bear Lake, Minnesota and played college hockey at Mankato State University. A true Minnesota boy through and through.

So it was cool to see him have a little fun and get the old man makeup treatment to go out to a local men's league game and putz around for awhile before turning on the jets.
