Help Raise The Roses At The Duluth Rose Garden

Spring time is in the air which means it's time for the annual raising of the roses event at the Duluth Rose Garden located at London Road and 13th Ave East.

The City of Duluth is looking for volunteers to join in on this annual spring tradition at any of the upcoming Rose Garden work days:

Saturday April 28th from 9am -Noon
Tuesday May 1st from 3pm - 6pm

Of course dates are subject to change due to weather. Plus, City staff and representatives from the Lake Superior Rose Society will be on hand to teach volunteers the spring steps of the "Minnesota Tip" method for tender roses. Everyone from families to individuals are welcomed to come help out. Pre-registration isn’t required, but it is highly suggested. This is also a great way to get outside, have some fun, and help out our beautiful city.
