Well, that was fun while it lasted. In May of 2022, the Apostle Supper Club opened in the unique, rotating space that sits atop the Radisson Hotel in Duluth, replacing JJ Astor.

Brian Ingram's Apostle Supper Club opened with a 1960s-era Palm Springs-inspired theme offering steaks, rainbow trout, truffled shells & cheese, deviled eggs, and craft cocktails. Now, just over one year later, they have closed.

According to StarTribune, Ingram only had a one-year agreement with the Radisson and he always anticipated his Duluth location wouldn't be open beyond that. He and his wife Sarah own Purpose Restaurants, whose offerings include an Apostle Supper Club in St. Paul as well as Hope Breakfast Bar locations in St. Paul, Saint Louis Park, and a recently opened Eagan location.

The question in Duluth is what will take the place of now closed Apostle Supper Club? You would think something would find success based on its location alone. The top of the Radisson in downtown Duluth offers a prime view of Lake Superior, Enger Tower, and more. Not to mention the space slowly rotates 360 degrees as diners enjoy their food and drinks. Completing an entire rotation takes 72 minutes.

According to the Radisson's website, people can now check out a new restaurant called the Harbor 360, which seems to be going after a broader customer base:

With fast-casual food, board games, and a full bar, Harbor 360 offers an accessible and affordable dining experience for everyone. Gather your family and friends, share a meal, and take in the breathtaking views of Duluth and the harbor as you rotate around our restaurant. Open to residents and tourists alike, Harbor 360 is the place to be for an unforgettable sightseeing experience.

Harbor 360 serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner every day of the week and no reservations are required. However, reservations are taken for parties of eight people or more.

StarTribune is also reporting that the False Eyedoll Tiki Bar, which also opened last year in conjunction with the Apostle Supper Club at the Duluth Radisson, will also be going through a rebranding. The tiki bar had been located on the Superior Street level of the hotel. No details are currently available on what will take its place.
