Another major restaurant chain has announced it's planning to close 70 locations across the United States. That accounts for 14% of their locations across the US. This news comes after other chains like Denny's, Wendy's, Perkins and others have closed underperforming locations.

Red Robin Gourmet Burgers Inc says they will be closing 70 locations within the next 5 years. When the underperforming restaurants' leases expire, they will shut them down. The company announced its North Star Plan to increase profits after a 39.7 million dollar loss in the 4th quarter of 2024.
