Back in December, I was obsessing over this one. It's back and with a HUGE price drop. A million dollar price drop to be exact, but it still holds the crown for the most expensive house in Minnesota.
I know, I know. You're wondering do I ever write about anything other than houses? I mean, yes, but no lol. My two worlds have collided - radio and real estate. Now, I have the ability to share all these homes with you here and who doesn't love looking at houses? Especially houses we can't afford, am I right?
Lakes Sotheby's International Realty - Wayzata
You may recall the picture perfect home shown above. It's Minnesota's most expensive house, but it had one feature that was super rare - a private peninsula. Yep, you read that right. There's a nearly 360-degree view of Lake Minnetonka with almost 1,700 feet of frontage on Wayzata Bay. YES, PLEASE!!!

The house is not only incredible from the outside with patios and decks galore, a ridiculously cool pool, and mature trees surrounding it, but wait until you see the inside. I can't get over the award-winning kitchen, the enormous windows, the adorable beachy theme, and so much more.
