
Joey Chestnut Faces Off Against A 6-Foot Hot Dog In Minnesota
He’s the most famous and decorated competitive eater of all time, holding several world records, and over the weekend he was in Minnesota doing what he does best, eating a lot of hot dogs.
Joey Chestnut, best known for his dominance in the Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest on the Fourth of July, stopped by CHS Field in St. Paul during a Saints baseball game to take on the team’s massive 6-foot-long, $135 hot dog. Fans packed the stands to watch, phones out and ready, as the eating legend prepared for his latest challenge.

Joey Chestnut Takes On Minnesota’s Biggest Hot Dog
Known as the “Land of 10,000 Calories,” this hot dog is more than just long, it’s loaded with flavor and over-the-top toppings. It comes piled high with mac and cheese, pulled pork, bacon, jalapeños, and BBQ sauce. On the side are french fries and jalapeño poppers tucked on each end of the bun, plus four 20-ounce drinks to wash it down.

It takes the CHS Field food crew about 45 minutes to make just one of these massive creations, and they can only make about five per game.
Chestnut, alongside fellow competitive eater Notorious B.O.B., powered through the entire feast in just 28 minutes and 49 seconds, to the cheers of the crowd.
Joey Chestnut’s Legendary Eating Records
Chestnut holds 55 world records, including 182 chicken wings in 30 minutes, 141 hard-boiled eggs in 8 minutes, 121 Twinkies in 6 minutes, and an unbelievable 32 Big Macs in 38 minutes.
