After making a splash on youtube with their ‘Look At Me Now‘ cover, Karmin will be crashing urrybody’s party on ‘Saturday Night Live’. The Feb. 11 episode, hosted by Zooey Deschanel, will feature a live performance from the hip-pop newcomers.

2011 was an exciting year for Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan. After a video of their cover of Chris Brown‘s top-ten single got hella attention due to both their talent and adorableness, they’ve got an original single and a record. Now, they are poised to get even more attention with the ‘SNL’ debut.

Will the duo treat America to another one of their spot-on, charming renditions of a hip hop hit, or will they have us dancing in our living rooms to an original tune from their upcoming album? Hopefully both, as ‘SNL’ musical guests usually get two songs per episode.

And while we’re wishing-on-a-star, here’s hoping Deschanel will treat us to her best Katy Perry impression. They do look alike, don’t you agree? This is the best excuse to stay in on a Saturday since Hurricane Irene.
