Shrekfest is an Annual Celebration of all Things Shrek

Apparently many adults love the 2001 movie Shrek so much that they have an actual festival every year celebrating the movie and all it's quirkiness. This free event is held every year in Madison, Wisconsin and people really seem to get into it.

By the look of the video below I think the beer flows rather freely as well, making it quite the party. It is open to everyone, but I do not think to many kids would want to hang around these type of festivities which includes an onion eating contest, roar contest and of course an outdoor screening of the original move Shrek.
