After six years, Mayor Emily Larson is bringing back kid voting this November for the 2016 election.

On November 8th, kid voting will return meaning students from kindergarten to 12th grade will be able to go to any precinct location in Duluth with a parent or guardian and cast their votes.

I think this super important, because if kids start voting at a young age, I think it will help them continue to vote. I loved voting as a kid. I would even make signs for who I wanted to win.

Kids Voting polls will be open from 3 p.m.- 8 p.m. on election day Tuesday, November 8. Educate your kids on the election, encourage them to vote, and have fun with it!
