Minnesota Driver Nearly Avoids Head-On Crash from Distracted Driver

This footage shows how quick you have to make a decision when a distracted driver is driving towards you.

The footage was captured on a dashcam on Highway 63 near Rochester and the driver says that he sent the footage to the State Patrol to help raise awareness on our roadways.
