Minnesota’s Millionaire Raffle Levels Up For Its 20th Year
Each year, the Minnesota State Lottery gives residents a shot at becoming instant millionaires, and this year’s edition of the Minnesota Millionaire Raffle is bigger than ever. To celebrate 20 years of the state’s most popular lottery game, organizers have supersized the prize pool with more winners and new prize levels.
Minnesota Millionaire Raffle Turns 20 - More Prizes and Better Odds
The 2026 Minnesota Millionaire Raffle has expanded its offerings with 20,000 total prizes, ranging from $50 to $1,000,000. A new $20,000 prize level has also been added to mark the milestone anniversary, giving players even more chances to win big. Tickets are officially on sale now for $10 each at lottery retailers across Minnesota.

The game kicks off today with one million tickets available, each featuring a unique number between 0000001 and 1000000. The winning numbers will be drawn on New Year’s Day, a long-standing tradition that’s become part of Minnesota’s holiday season. The raffle consistently sells out every year, and once all one million tickets are gone, that’s it until next year’s drawing.
